Jun 02, Roger rated it really liked it I am a big fan of short and easily digestible "how-to" books. This is one of those topics in which a book could go on and on, breaking down every aspect of the craft to the smallest of details.
It's not a bad thing, but for a starting writer I found that the author gave the right amount of advice without intimidating the reader and aspiring writer. In laying out her system, I felt as if I or anyone stayed focused and motivated, could easily create a first draft.
With that said, I will be writi I am a big fan of short and easily digestible "how-to" books. With that said, I will be writing my first book next month and feel that this book supplied me with plenty of techniques and inspiration to get the ball rolling.

Full of great resources and tips, it's like she did all the research on what it takes to write a good nonfiction book for you and then presents it in an easy to read format.
